Kevin Anderson with my EMDR therapist for 14 visits. Previously I had tried talk-therapy, biofeedback and therapeutic medications for anxiety and or panic attacks associated with a depressive episode last name for years. Having not reached my healing goals through all of my other efforts, I hit rock bottom and was recommended EMDR being a new opportunity to me as it hadn't previously been a treatment widely available. I cannot recommend EMDR enough to friends family humanity in general even my worst enemy I would recommend this treatment for your mind body and soul.. my best recommendation is this: I am feeling relief from decades of emotional garbage being carried around with me finally being lifted. Being in my mind and body in the now is something that is finally natural. I no longer have the perspective of please just take away my symptoms, but now I have courage to look for whatever treatments will actually help Me by addressing the actual issue. Our brains are so very complex and confusing but there is a built-in easy Fail-Safe pathway to get to the nuts-and-bolts of our mental wellness. If you only do one hour sessions you will actually experience relief on one major emotional memory that you can Target and be done when you leave. Direct quick issue focused treatment for mental health finally something all of us can accomplish. ~ Dina G
